This made for a great view tonight! Jupiter won't appear this close to the Moon again until 2026!
Also, if you're wondering why I haven't posted any DSO images for a while, it's because I bought a lovely new laptop that, while excellent in most respects, is giving me grief with autoguiding. We're talking blue screens of death in the middle of the night in the Texas wilderness! Not brilliant. Hopefully will have it resolved in a few weeks.
