Oh What a Night!

Amazing night last night! After a long hiatus due to work, family commitments and, frankly, rubbish weather, I was able to get out to a dark sky site last night. I took my imaging rig as well as my 6" Dob for visual fun while the camera was at work. It was the clearest, stillest night I have seen in a very long time. Venus and Jupiter were super bright, and we were treated to an Iridium flare and a few short but bright meteors through the night. While I imaged a few objects, I spent time checking out Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, the Double Cluster, M42, M36, M37 and a few other fuzzballs I couldn't identify.

I'll post my final images if I deem them worthy later!
