Anyway, the photo below has all three elements which my life is focused; the Middle East, Astronomy and Aviation!
This is a photo I took at the port city of Jaffa, which is just south of Tel Aviv. Note the nice thin crescent moon? And the aircraft is an Israeli Air Force C-130 Hercules. I was chuffed with the timing and framing of this. Taken at sunset too!
I actually took about 800+ photos while in Israel and will put them on my Photography blog once resized and processed.
