December 6 Imaging Fun: Moon

Tonight I took my imaging rig out for some fun and games. It has been a rough week and needed some form of release. Online Halo wasn't doing it for me. Despite clouds, I imaged two objects. First up is the moon. This shot below is a 1/60 exposure through my Lx200 @ F6.3. The image has been slightly saturated to bring out some surface color, which is something I enjoy doing. I was trying to rival the lunar image I took two years ago through my 6" dob and hand-held web cam, and this does it, I think.















I also tried to image the Sword of Orion region but still processing that...
