Lunar Photo - Posidinius



















Another prominent feature this evening was the crater Posidinius. This is another interesting part of the Moon. It's about 956 kms wide or so. The rille feature to the left of Posidinius is Rima Bond, which is about 150 kms long.

This image isn't brilliant. It was taken from a two minute .AVI. At the time I took the movie file, the seeing conditions seemed to deteriorate, and the moon bounced in and out of focus like mad.
